17 June 2018 | General Dentistry

Bad breath…. we all have it from time to time but if it is a frequent visitor, it`s usually a sign that you have an overgrowth of bacteria in your mouth. There is heaps you can do to help prevent it, including regular brushing, flossing and tongue scraping. Other factors include smoking and not drinking enough water. However it can be a sign of an underlying issue that should be checked out by a dentist. It’s nothing to be embarrassed about and can often be easily fixed. Talk to us if you have any concerns.
